4.7.12 Cherie & John-Timberline Lodge-Silcox Hut

Cherie and John had a beautiful intimate ceremony and reception at Silcox Hut near Timberline Lodge. If you are not familiar with Silcox Hut-is located approx 1 mile up the mountain from Timberline Lodge and is only accessible by foot or via snow cab.


Cherie and John are a fun couple who love to travel the world. They got engaged on the top of Eiffel Tower, Got married at the top of the mountain and spend a 2 week honeymoon in Brazil.

Here’s to a Happily Ever After to Cherie and John. It was a pleasure being a part of your Big Day.

5.17.12 -Amanda & Emir -Abernathy Center {Chapel}

Amanda and Emir had a gorgeous wedding at the new Abernathy Chapel.

I absolutely adore this venue. It has everything from spacious large windows to let the natural light in, to a beautiful reception area just right down the stairs. The bridal suite is absolutely exquisite. The overall atmosphere of this venue exceeds all expectations. Not to mention the staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.
Amanda has chosen the most gorgeous flowers in blush pink and ivory for her wedding. The flowers included Peonies, Calla Lilies, Hydrangea, Lily of the Valley, Roses, Garden Roses, Ranunculus and curly willow branches. Accents included Pearls and Lace.
Sophisticated Floral Designs & Accessories was honored to be chosen to create the floral decor for this wedding.

FABulous Bridal Affair

Fabulous Affordable Bridal is a traveling bridal gown sales show that supports charities and is a great source to purchase a new or gently worn gown and accessories for up to 85% off original price. What a deal!!!
I had an opportunity to volunteer at one of their events and helped brides select dresses for their wedding day. It was a very fun experience and I look forward to getting involved again.
